Required to Confirm Appointment.
You have (2) two days before your appointment to cancel (no refund will be given) or to reschedule (deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment). Deposits will only be refunded if the cancelation was due to MOL brand. Deposits will not be refunded for no-show appointments, and you may not be welcome to reschedule OR service may be required to be paid in full before appointment.
Late Policy
10 Minute Grace Period
Client is given 10 minute grace period, $10 late fee will apply or appointment may be canceled all together, determined by service provider. Zero communication pass your scheduled appointment is considered a no show, and will result in your appointment being canceled and unwelcome to book again in the future.
No Call No Show - Zero Tolerance, Full Balance will be charged, OR client black unwelcome to book again.
Returns and Refunds
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final as it relates to our products. Customer are encouraged to email us any concerns as it relates to damaged goods or other suitable reasons within 5 days of delivery date/status. Customer must communicate dissatisfaction immediately upon service completion to be eligible for a refund, not including the deposit.
Loc Extensions - all sales are final.
Loc Installations - subject to only half refund of original balance.
